This house is located on the water (Skadar Lake), which gives you complete peace with the sounds of nature. You are in direct contact with nature. Small house of 15m2 is completely renovated (location is hidden from Airbnb) and consists of a living room with kitchen with pull-out bed and two separate beds, VC. All amenities include: shampoo, soap, clean bedding, towels, etc. The house can only be reached by boat, from the owner of the house. The distance from the center of Rijeka Crnojevića is 2km. Here you can fish, swim, ride kayak and many other (Website hidden by Airbnb) place is great for couples, no matter the age, and friends. Guest can access the clean and fresh linen, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Dragan's home is located in Rijeka Crnojevića, Prestonica Cetinje, Montenegro. From Rijeka to Cetinje, the former capital, you have about 30 minutes drive in the car. From Rijeka to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, there are some 45 minutes drive. From Rijeka to Budva, the tourist capital of Montenegro has some cca 1h15 drive, from all these, you can see that Rijeka is very well positioned. While making the reservation guests are obliged to report exact number of people that will stay in the appartment. Guests are obliged To pay the local tax:1,00€per adult person per day,and 0,50€per child per day(for children from 12-18 years old). Dear guests,please handle carefully the equipment in the apartment. The permit for fishing is 5 €(per person) per day. The entrance to the National Park is 4 € per person.
