Villa Lugrezia

Villa Lugrezia is situated in an area which offers breathtaking panoramic views over a big part of the island and the sea. Villa Lugrezia consists of two levels: The ground floor level of the house offers a comfortable living-room with a sofa bed which can be easily converted into a single or double bed, a WC, a dining table and a small-but fully equipped-kitchen. An additional single sofa bed lies on the hallway for extra accommodation. By following the wooden staircase you will reach the attic, featuring the main bedroom with wooden ceilings and floors. This bedroom consists of two twins beds which are connected together and form a large, luxurious extra king size bed. It's also possible to separate the two beds and form two twins, if that's preferable. The spacious terraces on all two levels invite you to take in the spectacular panoramic views of Zakynthos and the sea, while relaxing at the sunbeds or having a dinner on the outside dining table. Villa Lugrezia is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster • Hair Dryer • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels We totally respect our guests’ privacy. That being said, we will be available for assistance 24/7 and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips about Zakynthos. Public transport is generally not very good in Zakynthos, so it is absolutely recommended to rent a car (at least for a few days). This will enable you to fully explore the best spots of the island! Free parking is available at Villa Lugrezia. "Flexible" check-in/-out time mean: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if there is a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 1-2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
