This newly renovated apartment of about 45 square meters, consists of a modern bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, and a living-kitchen with breathtaking view on the lake. On the balcony facing the lake you can enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset in a calm and very quiet atmosphere. The apartment has a new airconditioning system which can be also used for heating in winter. FREE PRIVATE PARKING available on site. This modern house, which is located in Molina, a typical little town facing Lake Como on the east side, it’s just 10 kilometers away from the main city Como and just 22 km away from the famous Bellagio! The house is located just two minutes by walk from the town center of Molina, where you can find a mini market and three restaurants with bar services as well. You can reach Molina (village in the municipality of Faggeto Lario) by bus C31 departing from Como San Giovanni Train Station. The bust stop is located right outside the station. Alternatively, you can reach Molina by car, and take the Strada Provinciale road (follow the direction towards Bellagio), you will pass by Blevio town and then Torno town. After that, roads will divide, KEEP THE RIGHT. At the road sign ‘Molina’ you will see the house! Local tax to be paid upon arrival of 1€ per person, per night.
