Two bedroom flat on the Sandbanks peninsula
A gorgeous two bedroom flat on the Sandbanks peninsula, complete with sea glimpses. Just a 400m stroll from one of the UK’s best blue flag beaches, it’s the ideal location for a seaside break at any time of the year. With wall to wall windows, the lounge is light and airy. The master bedroom leads onto the balcony so you can enjoy morning coffee in bed while breathing in the fresh sea air. The bathroom has a huge rainfall shower, perfect for washing off salt and sand from days on the beach. The flat comes with parking for one car. It’s on the top (2nd) floor of the building accessed via the stairs. There isn’t a lift though. The master bedroom has a desk, in case you have to bring your work with you. There’s also a TV in that room in case you fancy watching the ultimate Netflix and chill. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. There’s an inbuilt ladder to get to the top bunk. There are two sofas in the lounge, with one that coverts to a sofa bed, sleeping two. There is also a 50” TV and a little treasure trove of games and toys, just in case the weather catches you out. The kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re intending to cook or eat out. This includes a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, cooker hob, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. There’s a breakfast bar with two wooden chairs but there are four more fold up bar chairs in the wardrobe for additional seating. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes and there’s a large clothes airer in one in case you need to dry a load of washing or beach towels and swimmers. The balcony has seating for four people. WiFi throughout. Self check-in via lockbox. We live 5 minutes down the road so we’re available if you need anything. We’re also contactable via phone, text and email if guests have any questions about the property or the local area. Our contact details are listed in the property manual for guests.
