Old spacious, stone house in a small village.

An atomsphreric, stone house with a spacious patio and fire place. With thick stone walls, cool in the summer. The garden is a nice added feature. The location of the house is quiet, but it's only five minutes' walk to the lovely beach and the center of Kanal. Raffaelo at the bridge is a heaven for people with a sweet tooth. Big enough for five. Pets and children frendly... Near bicycle routes along Soča river, near Goriška brda vine region, near Bovec (rafting, hiking...). Igor Spacious garden, lots of privacy, can sit outside by the fire, grill or look at the stars at night... Children can play outside, as well as pets. All renovated parts of the house. Entrance is narrow (vans cannot pass it...), but leads you in a big, a little bit hidden patio. You can park a car there. Yes. Lots of space and privacy, a big garden, house located on the top of the village, but hidden from neighbours. Great for families, guests with pets. 5 min from center of Kanal and a beach on river Soca. Parking available for two cars. There is a train station nearby. A bicycle path to Nova Gorica runs near the house. Town is 5 min of walking away. There is a beach on the banks of river Soca. Beutifull trips to Triglav National Park, valley of river Soca, seaside (Piran), Venice (2 hours away), Trieste, Ljubljana... You will have to pay tourist tax on arrival (1,5€ per person per night, kids under 5 free, kids older than 5 half tax).
