All furnished apt with balcony in the Cà di Nani, a women friendly family house with 6 apt all renovated in the “old nucleo” of Solduno, 10 min walking distance from Locarno . Bus, bank, bakery, bar, Pizzeria, Coop at 5 min walking . Coin Laundry . Parking in garage fr. 10.- a day or free in the blue zone . Cleaning fee one time fr. 50.-. Tourist taxes 2 fr. a day p.p. Bikes parking. From the train station the bus 7 stops in Solduno. By car Freeway A13 exit Locarno. Animals are welcome. The open kitchen , all furnished , the rounde table with 4 chairs, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV JVC, the comfortable Rolf Benz couch and a balcony make the living a perfect place to enjoy and relax. Bico mattresses in the double bed and good bed linen make your staying very pleasant. In the bathroom you can choose if take a shower or a bath in the bathtub. Shower gel, hairdryer and towels are at your disposal. It’s very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the quite around and the clean air, looking at the mountains. In the house you can use the coin laundry and the bike parking. I am always available for any suggestion, tip or help. I live 5 min away. I am a very flexible person and I love to make people feeling at home. Between Locarno and Ascona, a very quiet neighborhood close to super markets , bus station, pizzeria, local bakery and mountain trails to Monte Brè. 10 min walking to Locarno. It is a women friendly house. Great location to enyoy the Locarno Film Festival, Moon and Star, Ascona Jazz festival, Valle Maggia Blues or the take a boat and discover the Isole di Brissago and to discover Muralto Lungolago or Ascona Lungolago and the uniques Valle Maggia, Valle Bavona, Valle Verzasca, Valle Onsernone and Centovalli through the wonderful journey with the Centovallina From the Locarno train station the bus 7 takes you to Solduno in 10 minutes ride. We have a parking for the bikes. Free public parking on the street with the blu zone or in a Garage for 10.- fr. a day. Mountain Trail to Monte Bré at 2 min. The bus to Ascona is 5 min walking distance. The Freeway A13 is at 5 min driving distance. If you arrive with the Centovallina 10 min walking and you arrive to the Cà di Nani. Fantastic location for bikes rides in ValleMaggia or Valle Verzasca. Do not miss the unique view from Cardada/Cimetta taking the funicolare. The place is clean and the neighbourhood very quite and safe. The Cà di Nani is a women friendly family since in the other 5 apartments live only women.
