Private Room in Beautiful 2 Story Roof Apartment

The space is a 2 story, 4.5 room apartment on the 4th floor (top floor) with an elevator, south side balcony and a 2min. walk to the Limmat river. 10min. walk to the shopping area, post pharmacy and bus station. 15min walk to Schlieren train station. Parking available on the property for short term stays. I personally do not live here but my girlfriend Lisa (41) and her lovely son Lucio (10). Oberengstringen is a municipality in the district of Dietikon in the canton of Zürich in Switzerland, located in the Limmat Valley (German: Limmattal). Geography: Oberengstringen has an area of 2.1 km2 (0.81 sq mi). Of this area, 23.5% is used for agricultural purposes, while 26.3% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 47.4% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (2.8%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).[4] In 1996 housing and buildings made up 39% of the total area, while transportation infrastructure made up the rest (8.9%).[5] Of the total unproductive area, water (streams and lakes) made up 2.8% of the area. As of 2007 46% of the total municipal area was undergoing some type of construction. The village is located on the right bank of the Limmat on the road between Zürich through Höngg to Baden. From the 1950s to the 1970s it quickly grew into a suburb of Zürich. For stays of 1 month or longer: We are a clean and Ecological family, so we mainly use ecological products. If you use and finish a product we expect you to replace it with an equally ecologic product rather then a cheap budget product. We also expect you to recycle your trash (PET, ALU, Glas, Plastic, Paper, Carton and Compost) This is all possible within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment will be cleaned once to twice a week depending on use. If this is not respected, we will arrange for an external cleaning person to come clean and the costs will be divided. At the end of your stay, the parts of the apartment that were used by you must be cleaned by you and left behind as you found it.
