A window on Monte Rosa

Gressoney-Saint-Jean is located in the valley of Lys, at the foot of Monte Rosa, and is a renowned summer and winter resort. It has a good number of lifts and ski slopes and is part of the Monterosa Ski area. The newly built apartment is spread over four levels in a two-family building. It is located a stone's throw from the center of Gressoney-Saint-Jean and offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. The apartment is divided into three distinct areas: a living area and three sleeping areas. The ground floor offers a living area where there is a kitchen, complete with oven and dishwasher, a dining table and two sofas with fireplace, television and a bathroom. The sleeping area on the first floor includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The attic, on the second floor, is a sleeping area with a double bed and the possibility of adding up to two single beds (only recommended for children due to the height of the roof) and a bathroom with shower. Finally, there is a lower level floor that acts as a storage area and allows direct access to the garage. FREE WIFI access. Parking in front of the house or in the garage (compatibly with snowfall and subsequent snow removal). The whole house is available to guests. It is divided into different levels so as to allow it to be exploited autonomously and without interaction between the various environments. There are also two televisions and a stereo system. We do not live in Gressoney, but we are always available to give any information and details. However, people of our trust can intervene in case of need. The apartment is in the village and with a short walk you reach the main square. At 100 meters is the Despar Valdobbia supermarket, a few meters away a well-stocked hardware store and other household goods. At about 200 m from the house, at the intersection with the main road, there is a bus stop to the ski slopes. The apartment is 100 m from the Despar supermarket and 200 m from the bus stop to the lifts. Within walking distance, you will find excellent restaurants and the cross-country trail passes right in front of the house.
