Modern 2 bedroom house in an ideal location. The house is located approximately 5 minutes walk from Aintree train station providing access to Liverpool City centre in 17 minutes. Trains run every 20 minutes. It is the same 5 minute walking distance to Aintree Racecourse and Aintree Equestrian Centre. Shops including a Tesco express and local amenities including a gym are all within a 10 minute walk of my property. The house itself has all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern home. Guests can use the whole house as their home from home I will be contactable by phone at all times. The property is located in a quiet culdasac I recommend parking at my property and then using public transport to get to and from Liverpool City Centre. Aintree racecourse and local shops are all within walking distance.
