The bedrooms are air conditioned each one with separate unit. The rooms are 3, one living room when entering to the apartment with sofa and dining table.The master bedroom has a double bed a sofa-bed , chair, and a closed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a closed.Both bedrooms are equipped with smart tv 32' .Wifi is vdsl.Everything is in good standing condition The inner total surface is 65 sq.m. There is a separate kitchen room with table for 4 persons. Kitchen has electric boiler, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric oven, toast maker,pots ,pans, dishes etc.It is included a Nespresso machine, and French coffee maker.The balcony doors are equipped with sliding mesh.The bedrooms are air conditioned. You will find bedsheets, pillows, pillow covers, towels , and exclusive laundry machine. All the apartment and everything in it is for the gests only. The apartment will be all yours during your stay, no sharing with anyone of my people. It is a town environment, please notice that the apartment, in the front of the building and looks to the street .In the same building square you can find 3 super markets, and 2 roads before (3 minutes by foot) there are 3 grocery stores.The apartment is located almost to the center of town , despite that it is quiet. In 4minutes by foot, you are in the commercial center of the town, where many places are located, cafe, restaurants, bars etc.The port to Corfu is 11 minutes away , by foot, so you can organize a day visit to Corfu, historic town center.Syvota a very touristic place is located 26 minutes away, by car. The local beach is Drepanos. I can send you 3 usefull link guides for the area you can move into. Enjoy. The town can be explored by (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a seaside located city, with walk way near along the seaside.There is also bike road Along the sea.You can visit the towns museum , and by car you can explore many sides and beaches. The town has many caffe places , restaurants , taverns. The local beach is 7 mins away by car , named Drepanos, a 3,5 km sandy beach , with free parking, and shower spots. In 26 km you can find Syvota and local beaches. To the Syvota marina you can get boat trip for local mini cruise. In less than 2 hours(by ferry) you can be to Corfu historic center , explore it, and come back by night, or earlier.The port to Corfu is 11 mins far, by foot, from the apartment area.In the port you can find the kiosk, for tickets and trip hours.You can also take your car if you like to Corfu, in additional cost. Enjoy The water turns hot by a switch located to the electric panel of the apartment , located behind the entrance door. I have put note to that switch and time instructions of function. 10 mins max. Please do not leave it open after 10 mins. Do not get under the water, when it is opened.
