Located only 9 miles from SUNY Geneseo and 16 miles to Letchworth State Park, the Grand Canyon of the East! This room is one of three accommodations within the same lake home. Approximately 30 miles to downtown Rochester, NY. Only 20 minutes to NYS Thruway I- 90. Less than 10 minutes off of Rt. 390. I provide an expansive coffee bar and fresh fruits and pastries in my pantry for my guests. I have created a local "What's Happening" guidebook for your review including restaurants and other local attractions. There are two marinas on the lake and a third local business that rent assorted watercraft. There is a fire pit on the premises in addition to numerous fun lawn games - Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Yard Yahtzee and extra large Jenga.
