Beautiful home in Southgate, Gower

I hope you enjoy my family home, 5 min walk to pub and restaurant, 15 min walk to beaches. Sky TV, BBQ, fire pit. Pennard Golf Club 5 min walk. Grocery store/ newsagent less than two minutes walk The living room, kitchen, and the agreed number of bedrooms will be exclusively yours during your stay. There are lovely well maintained gardens with a number of different sitting / patio areas where you can enjoy the tranquil outside space. There is a super king, and two double beds available but the number of bedrooms will need to be agreed at the time of booking. Full use of kitchen facilities. Large screen TV in kitchen. Booking note effective from 5th September2018. There is a self contained unit to the side of the house with private access. This is sometimes used by the host and is not rented out to other guests. Please contact host if you wish further details. Privacy of house guests is maintained at all times. Note: if self contained unit is used , guests have the family bathroom and not an additional downstairs shower room. Knowledgeable host on hand to advise on exploring beautiful Gower Peninsula. Host is always contactable and may occasionally stay in the separate self contained unit within the house. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area with easy walking access to a number of beautiful beaches. Ideally situated to explore Gower and Mumbles with its vibrant nightlife and a number of quality restaurants. In very close proximity to the house you will find the Grocery store, ideal for essentials. Further into Southgate village is a very pleasant coffee shop selling high quality local food produce. Southgate/ Pennard is connected to Swansea City by bus. Seasonal bus service allows you to further explore the beauty of the Gower Peninsula A number of attractions nearby- Parkmill Heritage Centre, archery and bird of prey centre, learn to surf schools , Footgolf Water sport enthusiasts may wish to use several body boards/ wetsuits available. There is also available a double sit on kayak( fishing rods also available). Guests will need to use own transportation for kayak. Bedding and hand towels, and essentials such as toilet roll/ laundry powder/ dishwasher tabs. The house is offered on a self catering basis although you are welcome to use tea/ coffee etc. Note re towels- bath and beach towels are not provided Like most areas, recycling of waste is part of day to day life. Could all guests please follow recycling instructions. I have an gardener who cuts the lawns when required. Guests will occasionally see him.
