La Quercia - Deluxe Triple Suite

La Quercia is an All-Suites barn of the early 19th century and renovated in March 2019. The property is located in a large private park in the middle of a plateau overlooking the hills of Bologna. Breakfast is served. Please notice that this listing is for 2 suites on the same floor that are nearly identical ( only the sofa is different) . If you book, you will be allocated one of the two suites. All six suites of the Villa have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi as well as a security door with a key. The Suite can accommodate up to 3 guests + 1 children between 0 and 3 years in a cot on request and subject to availability. I live in a house nearby and I am always available shall you need anything
