casa rossa 4a is a small B&B set on a hill with stunning views of the nearby village and the valley to the Adriatic Sea. In 2008 we (Italian/German couple) started a long renovation project and created - with respect for the traditional architecture - a modern residence in pure and minimalist design implementing the latest technologies and environmentally sustainable principles. Together with our two children we live as well on the estate, that offers a Suite, a Studio and a Double room. At the lowest level of the garden, surrounded by fruit trees, lavender bushes and herbal garden beds, you will find the salt water swimming pool (4x10 m) and the relaxing lounge. This section is the perfect place to relax in the shade, while enjoying the vista of the spectacular landscape. Our Finnish sauna can be prepared for you on request and for extra charge! Start-off your day with our "breakfast at km0" which is served in the breakfast room in the main house. You will find a wide selection of fresh and home-made products, such as homemade bread, cakes, homemade jams, fruit from the garden and of course the best Italian coffee. We recommend to start with something very special and nourishing.....our "Green Smoothie"! Its a good base for those looking for tranquility, but also like to make day trips. Its central location allows discovering both the north and the south, as well as the countryside and the coast. The Marche region, often described as one of Italy`s best kept secret, is offering spectacular mountainous scenery, a beautiful climate, unspoiled beaches and lots of picturesque villages.
