Bolly Cottage - a luxury & well equipped 2 bedroom dog friendly Mews property with an open plan kitchen/living room with granite worktops, oak flooring & quality furnishings. Double bed to rear & king size bed to main. Shower over bath with 3 piece bathroom suite upstairs. Secure back garden with upper paved seating area + with decked area. Outside hot & cold tap for cleaning muddy boots! Off Street Parking to the back private car park & all Mod Cons including WIFI & Netflix. Self check in. Situated right in the heart of the village lies Bolly Cottage with a post office, chemist, launderette, Doctors surgery, Florist, Restaurants-TAPA, The Green Cafe, No 74 Deli , Knowles Green Deli, The Limetree, Briscola Italian , Pappas , Pizza takeaway, Viceroy Indian , Canalside Cafe, mini supermarket, COOP, two butchers, two bakeries, and local Vet. White Nancy is a must!!! Ask anyone how to get there...you can’t miss it! Amazing views!!! Only 15 min to walk there! Macclesfield Train Station is a 12 min drive. Ideal base for exploring the Peak District. A real Home from home. Train to Manchester is 25 mins. Train to Euston 1hr 40. Netflix and Amazon Prime available. Alexa by Amazon included. Bakewell, Chatsworth and many more visitor attractions all under an hours car journey. Lyme Park is just 20 minutes away by car. You don’t have to walk far to reach the wonders of Bollington. The bakeries , butcher, newsagent, Cafes , hairdressers, restaurants on the Green and the local pubs are just a couple of minutes walk from the front door. Buses run half hourly to Macclesfield - very easy and again its all a minutes walk from Queen Street. M6 access just 30 mins drive away. Trains from Macclesfield or Prestbury or Adlington link you to Manchester and Stockport under 30 minutes. Free parking also in Prestbury the next neighbouring village with more pubs and restaurants. More regular train services go from Macclesfield. Trains to Euston take just 1 hour 40 minutes journey. Cleaner available if you wish the house to be cleaned during your stay - this is not included in the price, but as an option, usually to our longer term tenants. The only people allowed to stay over in the property are those who have booked the accommodation. No large parties of people inside the property other than those who have booked. Thank you. Deposits will be held back if notified of this breach of contract Please ensure of parking in Pool Bank car park across the road ( public free car park) please park inside the white parking bays as you will get a ticket otherwise! Free parking at the back of my Cottage which is private for Queen St residents only. Security camera externally facing to the gate at the back and to the roadside at the front where entrance to front garden is. Dogs £25 per dog per stay- first dogs fee is incorporated into the booking. Please leave cash at the property for the second dog staying before check out or pay via bank tfr whichever suits.
