You get the entire cottage and garden. Parking is on-street outside the property. We don't live at the property, but we'll leave you an emergency phone No. The cottage is close to all amenities, including local cafe, shop, post office, swimming pool, etc. Nearby are opportunities for fantastic walks, canoeing, pony trekking/horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, gliding, cycling, climbing, etc. Or you can just take it easy and enjoy local facilities and attractions, including the book town of Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, fine dining, and heritage. The village, at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park is served by bus services to Brecon and Hay-On-Wye. The walking and cycling are good. Otherwise bring a car.
