Individual and quiet house next to the beaches

Detached house recently constructed in a quiet area only 8 kms away (4,9 miles) from the "Somo and Loredo" beach. Individual house, comfortable and beautifully constructed with good quality materials. It's surrounded by meadows and it's located at just 4.9 miles away from the Somo-Loredo beach . This is one of the most internationally known beaches of Cantabria for the practice of surfing. Our house is located 5 miles away from the highway A8. It is known as the Autovía del Cantábrico (also known as "Transcantábrica") and connects Baamonde (Begonte, Galicia) and Bilbao, where it continues as the Autopista AP-8 to the French border. The road passes Ribadeo, Gijón, Santander and Bilbao. It has, then, a fast access to the most attractive places of the are, such as the Natural Park of Cabarceno, Altamira caves, Santoña,... It's very easy to park the car outside the house in our yard or inside the garage. The house is part of a community of other 6 houses and the ours is the one that faces to the meadow, not next to the road , which is a guarantee of peace and silence. There is a little property of cows next to the meadows and till now it hasn't been any kind of problem for the neighbors. There is train local station, the city hall and medical services to 10 minutes walking by a bike and walk lane. The time to go to Santander by local train is 40 minutes. The time required by car to reach some places of interest are (according to (Hidden by Airbnb) maps): - Santander airport: 18 min - Bilbao airport: 58 min - Somo beach: 15 min - Santillana del Mar and Altamira caves : 36 min - "El Soplao" caves: 1 hour The atmosphere of the houses is familiar.
