Bright, clean, light, and cozy mountain Camp just feet from a pond and wild mountain stream and waterfall. Consider this base-camp for your mountain adventures! Curl up with your fave person, pet, book, or game. Unplug and revitalize. Cabin has a bath rm, bed rm, rm with mini-kitchn, sofa, table and wd stove - heating for this tiny house. Kitchen has range top, fridge, micro and toaster - no running water. Ask about our art wall! Eco- bath has a composting toilet. Dogs welcome! 4WD 11-03 This Camp is on the edge of a 15 acre parcel in the Catskill Park. It gazes down on an organic garden, lawns and mountain views. Looking up-mountain, you're nestled right on the edge of a pond with small waterfall and mountain stream mere feet away. This tiny house is located on 15 acres which also include the main house. You are welcome to hike enjoy the pond, woods, stream and open fields surrounding the cabin. House is 5 minutes drive to restaurants, or a 20 minute walk to The Pines or Catskill Rose. Also 5 minutes to the 5 star Emerson resort where you can book a wealth of spa services. 15 minutes drive to Woodstock, 30 minutes to hip historic Kingston. 5 minute drive to Phoenicia with pizza and tubing. All of this while nestled quietly in a mountain perch. The cabin can be reached by Pine Hill Trailways, with about a one mile walk up-hill. Pack-in and you can enjoy a car-free weekend getaway. Grocery services available on request. Note that the driveway to the cabin winds up Tremper Mountain for half a mile. In the winter this is best traversed with a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Take note that outdoor shower is seasonal - for obvious reasons! The end of shower and running water season is generally early to mid November. Wood stove is the primary heat for the cabin. Cost of five logs Per day and kindling is incorporated into cleaning fee. Cabin now also has supplementary propane heater for the bedroom. And, in a nod to the 21st century, we have added an Ethernet cable for your use if you need it - but we highly recommend disconnecting! Lastly, NYS requires the completion of an online health form for out of state travelers. To help us protect our staff and community we request that any out of state guests provide us with their completion page to evidence that they are not required to quarantine on arrival at the property, which is not permitted.
