Cosy cottage between Antwerp & Lier

Spacious parking space in front of the house. Individual entrance through the rear kitchen with separate bathroom with shower. Through the kitchen--> large living space where also the bed is installed. Both kitchen and living space have large windows overlooking the garden. Breakfast on the terrace when the weather is nice. Quiet environment. The kitchen offers possibilty to cook meals. Some basics are present such as milk, eggs, honey, coffee, tea, yoghurt, muësli and grain. Can eat in the kitchen or in the living room or on the terrace. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash basin. Between the bathroom and the kitchen there is some space for clothing or luggage. Living-sleeping area is equipped with single low cabinets and a double bed. There is a table with chairs. Outdoor terrace with view on the garden. Wi-Fi access If desired, one can appeal to me, for groceries or info. Bistros, restos and bars for every taste. (Italian, Flemish, exquisite, ...) Everything in reasonable walking distance. At the railway station; Bar Auguste koffie & more, Italian bistro and the Sphinx Café. Near the Church: Theatre Boechout forward, Resto Cosmo, café California and café Bar-a-bass. All this on a cosy courtyard with terraces. Every year 2 weekends TOMORROWLAND at 15 km drive from BOOM. Behind the corner is 'den Bessem', a piece of Boechouts nature reserve where each year during the last weekend of July, the SFINKS FESTIVAL. A global event FREE for 4 days. (Thursday to Sunday) Good food with cozy world music! Also for the kidz a fantastic experience because there is a KIDZ village! Boechout has a station at 5 minutes walking distance from the residence, from where you easily reach the City of Antwerp(10 min), Leuven(20 min), Mortsel(5 min) or Lier(10 min.) With the tram, there is possibility to Antwerp-left bank (40 min) In Antwerp Centre the tram will take you in about 30 minutes. (With the train you would already be there. :) The stay is a 5-minute walk from the train station and a little more from the tram stop.) Ther will be a lovely cat in the garden from time to time.
