Private driveway parking/entrance. 30 minutes to downtown Charlotte. Minutes to Downtown Rock Hill. Restaurants and bars close. Outdoor gas grill! No smoking permitted. We do not allow pets. One queen bed plus additional queen air mattress available, if desired. Guests will enter through the private entrance door by the guest private parking space. Quiet, lighted walkway and entrance. Host is available and lives on-site in separate house. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. One access point in/out of the neighborhood. Nice for long walks, the neighborhood is surrounded by farm land. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views - house faces due east in front and due west in rear. Close to Riverwalk - Great walking/biking/hiking routes, plus fun tubing access!! No pets.
