Single country house, private area of 2000 square meters completely fenced. Farm with 10 hectares of land for walking or cycling. Computer friendly equipped studio for work stays from home.Wi-Fi, free bicycles and privacy. The house is sterilized at each change of guest (see details below). Round trip day trips to Ferrara, Verona, Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Mantua, Florence, the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Garda. The country house will be delivered clean and sterilized at each change of guest. The supply and washing of linen is carried out by specialized personnel of industrial laundries. At guests' disposal: sterilizing solutions for hands and sterilizing detergents. We usually receive guests in person and check-out is autonomous. Upon request, check-in can also be done autonomously (key in external box). In the house there is a studio overlooking the garden, available to guests staying for work from home. It is equipped with a desk, fast Wi-Fi, printer and sofa. The house is protected by the Superintendency as an ancient Venetian rural residence and has belonged to the current owners for three generations. It has been renovated respecting the original typology with the ceilings in wooden tiles and wooden beams and an ancient fireplace that restore the atmosphere of the peasant family. It is made up of two buildings side by side, one older, built starting from the seventeenth century and the other, more recent, built in the nineteenth century. The house is equipped with heating, internet and of course outdoor parking. The external area of two thousand square meters. it is completely fenced with an automatic entrance gate for cars and people. There are willows, poplars, limes, maples, oaks, walnuts and many fruit trees. The park in front of the house is perfect for enjoying the coolness in relaxation and in the silence of the countryside. The farm as a whole, in addition to the house, is equipped with a barn, agricultural tools, 3 tractors, and 10 hectares of land planted with corn, wheat and soy. All the most recent and renovated part of the house and the fenced outdoor area are made available, except for some delimited areas. The house consists of kitchen, living room with fireplace, study, bedrooms, bathroom. Guests can freely cook and use all the tools in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, microwave and dishwasher. In the house there is a washing machine. In the bathroom towels are provided based on the number and composition of guests for a maximum of 3 large towels and a medium and small towel per guest. In the living room there is an old original fireplace but, for safety reasons, its use is not allowed. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, benches, garden chairs, sun loungers and a mobile barbecue excellent for grilled meat. 4 bicycles are available free of charge for trips in the countryside or along the Po river. Your animal friends are welcome. We always let our guests find a bottle of wine to toast their holidays. In the surrounding area, within a radius of four kilometers, there are at least five restaurants or trattorias at very reasonable prices. The supermarket is 3 km away.
