Cambrian View is one of our gorgeous 4* graded properties. The 3 bedroom house enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, and is incredibly spacious throughout, perfect for large groups or families. On the ground floor, this house has a large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. To the rear there is also a conservatory for added living space, and to the front there are French Doors opening onto a patio with outdoor bench. This holiday home in Aberystwyth was built with luxury in mind, the furnishings and decor have been chosen with high specifications in mind, to create a luxury home from home feel. Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this double bedroom can sleep 2 and has a wet room en-suite. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is a triple bedroom, and is incredibly spacious. There is a double and single bed, with a day bed and if required an additional single bed, in total the bedroom could sleep 4. There is a shower room en-suite and a balcony from where you can enjoy the amazing views from the comfort of your bedroom. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom enjoys spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows, and a bathroom en-suite. There is a double bed, and a seating area which can be changed to a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The whole property is open to guests and the hot tub to the rear of the property is for the exclusive use of guests staying in Cambrian View We prefer to leave you to enjoy your holiday - we'll check in with you once you have arrived to make sure that you are settled and have anything you need. We are always on hand if you do need anything or if you have any questions about the surrounding area. This property is located on our Bryncarnedd complex. Bryncarnedd Country Cottages in Mid Wales are located 1 mile from Aberystwyth’s town centre. Nestled in the immediate countryside at the top of Aberystwyth, these cottages enjoy the closeness to the town as well as being just far enough outside to enjoy a truly rural feeling during your holiday. On site we have 13 properties (3* and 4* graded) and 6 lodges for hire all year around, as well as a BBQ area for all of our guests to enjoy and an outdoor hot tub which is free of charge to use (availability is weather permitting). It is possible to walk to and from the property and Aberystwyth however the property is located at the top of a large hill. Taxis should cost between £3 and £4 to and from town and the property is on one of the main bus routes. There is plenty of parking on site if you would like to bring a car.
