Casa Lucrecia is a traditional Canarian farm house with a four slopes roof, stone walls, stone floor and wooden ceiling. The restauration works and rehabilitation of the house were finished in 2005, conserving its architecture and traditional furniture and adding all modern facilities for a comfortable stay. It is a wide and comfortable house, nicely decorated. From its wide terrace you can contemplate the beautiful mountains and the impressive surrounding landscape. In front of the house there is a lovely garden with cactus and Canary Islands endemic flora. This centennial house is surrounded by fruit trees, palms and olive trees. Next to the house there is a historic old oil mill from the XVII century. The house can be reached by car, and it is situated on the last stretch of a private road, which provides more privacy. Casa Lucrecia is located in a farming area with an exceptional climate in the valley of Santa Lucía, one of the most beautiful places of Gran Canaria. The picturesque historical village called Santa Lucía of Tirajana is an extraordinarily beautiful village surrounded by a characteristic volcanic area and an exuberant endemic vegetation landscape, in the South Center of the island of Gran Canaria half way between excellent beaches of the south and summits of the island. It is an ideal place to enjoy peace and tranquílity and for walking along the nice paths on the area. Nice starting point for trips to the most varied and always interesting places on the island of Gran Canaria
