Come relieve the stress of every day life and enjoy a comfortable spacious home that sleeps seven, featuring three bedrooms (one with private bath and Jacuzzi) and one sofa bed in a sunny and semi-private nook. We are located in the private, gated community of Saw Creek, just 1 ½ hours from New York City. House amenities include free wi-fi, blu-ray player, cable, two smart TV’s, and jacuzzi. For your entertainment we have a pool table, corn hole boards and bean bags, and a nice selection of books, board games, and dvds. There is one large air conditioner for the main part of house only. All bedrooms (and the sleeping nook) have ceiling fans. We are just minutes away from Bushkill Falls, Ziplining, Shawnee ski resort, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and so much more. Saw Creek has 5 outdoor and two indoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, gym, and its own private restaurant. House has large decks, front and back, with a partially screened in section. There is also a tree-filled yard. I am available via text or phone call once you have checked in. Our home is close to the community pool and lake. The neighborhood is great for leisurely walking, running and biking (some great hills for your workout!). All cars must be parked in driveway. Parking is not allowed on the streets. This home is not easily accessible via public transportation. No parties are allowed, as this home is located in a residential area. You must be 25 or older to rent the property in order to maintain a family friendly environment. Names and addresses of all guests must be provided prior to check-in, as Saw Creek is gated community and all visitors must be reported to security. This will be requested after you have booked.
