Calm and quiet guest house in a beautiful garden in a fantastic location with pool, just 20 minutes away from sandy beach / sea and 30 minutes away from mountains 50 sq. meters guest house in Le Marche nearby medieval village Monte Giberto among hills only 20 minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches of Adriatic sea. The guest house is located in a distance from the main house (Casa Ambra) and is surrounded by picturesque olive groove from one side and nice garden from the other side. The house has view to the mountains – Monte Sibillini National Park with 2450 m high peaks and ski resorts. Deep swimming pool (5х10m and 1,8m depth) with night illumination among beautiful fruit trees is ideal for swimming. It is also lovely to have an afternoon nap on covered hammock near the pool! At guests disposal is big garden with different types of figs and peaches, apricots, tangerines, oranges, grapefruit, persimmons, plums, grapes, walnuts and hazel nuts and a variety of fresh vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and others! House and garden are fenced, gate opens automatically. The main house is not rented out and is only used by owners (young couple) so it is quiet and calm! All guests get special complement from us on arrival! Our friend will be staying in Monte Giberto and she will contact you before your arrival. Description of the region: Le Marche region is located between Adriatic Sea and Appenines. On the north Le Marche borders with Emiglia-Romana, on the south with Abruzzo. On the west side there are Toscana and Umbria. Capital of the region - Ancona has population ov(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) people is a well known port with everyday ferries to Croatia and Greece. Ancona has railway station and international airport (Falconara) with direct flights to UK, Europe and Russia. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the house from the the airport by A14 speedway (Bologna - Bari). The province capital -Fermo has 38000 population and is about 15 minutes from the house. It is beautiful medieval town with antique markets, festivals, open-air concents and events. In summer Le Marche hosts world famous open air opera festival Sferisterio. in 40 minutes you can reach world know resorts of Riviera di Palma such as San Benedetto Del Tronto and Grottamare. Monte Giberto and sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio: You can reach nearest sea resort Porto San Giorgio in 20 minutes. Along sandy beaches there are a lot of restaurants with delicious fresh fish and seafood. You can also find here big marina for yachts, railway station and couple of kite and windserfing spots. Monte Giberto village is more than 500 years old has 830 inhabitants and is 15 minutes of walking distance from the house. There are shops, post office, pharmacy, 2 bars, bakery, farmers products shop with fresh sausages and salamis, cheese, olives and wine. Also there is a great restaurant with local food specialties located in one of historic buildings. Within 10 minutes of driving you can reach a number of big supermarkets. Dining/shopping: Le Marche is well known for its delicious cuisine. The region is not yet as crowded and full of tourists as Tuscany o Liguria and this allows to enjoy low prices in restaurants and shops. On top of almost each hill there is a village or town with its own gastronomic specialties. The region is a center of Italian cloths, bags and shoe production. Within 30 minutes of drive you can get to outlets and shops of Hugo Boss, Prada, Hogan, Todd’s and other brands that offer 40-70% discounts. Also there is a special market in Porto San Giorgio every Thursday and Sunday where you can buy cloths, bags and shoes of last year collection directly from fabrics extremely cheap. Our access road leads over a steep gravel road to the house. Please note that you have a car with front wheel drive or 4x4, not lowered or deep spoilers! If you decide to visit us during winter we will be happy to provide you with wood for the fireplace. End of October/beginning of November is olive collection holiday.
