The Nest

This is a cute little carriage house that was fully remodeled in 2016. It has one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 4 guests, also a full bathroom and Kitchen. Nearby amenities are Wolf Creek Ski Area, Penitente Canyon climbing, biking and hiking, Del Norte for mtn biking and hiking, Monte Vista Crane Festival, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Hot Springs Pools, hundreds of miles of ATV/Motorcycle riding and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore! There is a common living room dinning room, a full kitchen, utility room, bedroom and bathroom. Many guests say it feels bigger inside than it looks outside! There is a house in-line water filter so the tap water is good to drink. You will have the whole House and the best parking is in the back under a carport. I am available by phone or email if needed. Nice neighborhood. Wi-fi is available! There is a smart TV that you can access for the internet and streaming services.
