The Loft Self contained Annexe with Parking

The Loft is a private self contained Annexe situated on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty in between Gloucester and Painswick. The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists, the ancient Buckholt woods and the Cotswold way are within a 40 Minute walk or 10 minute drive. It is a great base from which to visit many of the natural and historical places the Cotswolds has to offer. The Loft is a private annexe located in the garden of the owners home located on the edge of a peaceful village. The Loft is suitable for a single person or couple. The open plan sitting and sleeping area is reached by stairs and overlooks tranquil gardens towards Bowden Hall. The bed is a comfortable sprung Sofa Bed with mattress topper. The ceilings slope on the first floor at the edges of the room. There is a TV/DVD player, WIFI and a selection of games. Downstairs is a kitchen with small Fridge/Freezer, Combination Microwave. A complementary welcome pack of milk and spread (dairy or plant based) bread and Jam. Cereals and Marmite are available. A selection of Teas and Coffee are provided. In the summer - Plums from the garden. The Bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and electric shower. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash are provided.( Vegan and cruelty free) All cleaning products used are Cruelty Free. Parking space in the front of the garage. Access is at the back of the Owners house through the Garden. Guests have shared use of the Back Garden. We will try to welcome guests on arrival and show you around . There is an outside key safe if we are unable to meet you. We will respect your privacy but will usually be around or contactable by phone if you need us during your stay. There is so much to see and do and we are happy to help if you would like suggestions. Upton St Leonards is conveniently situated 10 minutes from junction 11a of the M5. Gloucester is a short bus ride or drive away with its beautiful Cathedral, Historic Docks, Three Choirs Festival and Rugby. Stroud with its independent shops and award winning Saturday Market is a 20 minute drive away. Cheltenham for shopping, The Cheltenham Races, Music, Literacy and Science Festivals is also reached within a 20 Minute Drive. There are numerous independent Pubs and Restaurants in Gloucester, Stroud and Cheltenham as well chain eateries. There is a local bus service to Gloucester where you can get a bus or train to Stroud, Cheltenham, Bristol or Bath. A Car is advantageous but not essential. Nearest train station is Gloucester. We are in the Countryside so there is limited lighting at night but this allows you to enjoy the night sky.
