Ground floor 2 bedroom holiday cottage. Disabled access, grab rails & shower seat available. Dog friendly. Located at the foot of the beautiful Mendip hills with direct access to the stunning Ebbor Gorge. Plenty of walks nearby, close distance to the city of Wells (Within 5 minute drive), Cheddar & Glastonbury both within 20 minutes drive. Local village pub. Welcome package of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits All on ground floor, 2 bedrooms consisting of one double bed & bedroom two has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a small TV available. Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment you need! Walk in shower with grab rails & shower seat available if needed. Large cosy lounge, TV with Freeview & X-box. Lots of books, puzzles & games available to guests for those cosy nights in. Parking available right outside the cottage. Electric gates which guests are provided their own key fob for. The cottage is located within our home so the courtyard space is shared with us & our 2 vehicles, however there is plenty room for up to 2 more cars. My partner Scott & I are both shift workers, Scott is in the fire service & I am in the ambulance service but does mean that there's usually one of us around if you need anything. Equally, we will always respect your privacy & won't bother you unless you need us. We have a dog ourselves, Bernie. We couldn't decide between Bert or Ernie hence we had to come to an compromise! He's very sociable, used to having other people & furry friends in "his space" & is always ready to play & chase other dogs around. Look forward to meeting you & any questions please ask. Very quiet location. Not very much traffic, the main noise guests can expect to hear is the horses going to the stables & the owls in the evening! The local pub is a 10 minute walk, open every day for food & drink. Highly recommended, especially the Sunday roast. Wookey Hole caves & attractions is a 5 minute walk. Cheddar gorge is a 20 minute drive. Wells market runs every Wednesday & Saturday, real lively local market with loads of interesting, stalls & yummy food markets.
