With the best golfing, hiking and endless outdoor activities at your back door, we are sure you will enjoy our jewel in the DESERT. Our two story, Spanish Colonial home is 4000 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The entire 2 1/2 acres is fully fenced for total privacy. The Grand Spanish Staircase leads you to a stunning master bedroom with glorious views and breathtaking balcony or "Martini Patio" as we call it. You will enjoy watching the desert sunset from this private special place. Downstairs we offer a spacious bedroom with a king bed and luxury linens. Our Queen bedroom is located on the other end of the home for maximum privacy. Gather with friends and family in our spacious living room with 65" TV. Please enjoy a meal in our dining room on our huge MESQUITE TREE table made by my father. Our Kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and the LAUNDRY ROOM has plenty of extra towels and blankets. Brand New Pool 2018! You will feel like you are at a resort! We offer an optional HEATED POOL for $50/day. NO POOL FENCE!!!!! Golf Courses right up the road! -Hiking, Horseback Riding, ATV Rentals... -We are on the Tonto National Forest. NOTES & HOUSE RULES: YOUR HOSTS LIVE ON SITE AWAY FROM MAIN HOUSE. We are secluded from you but are available for any reason. In such a remote location, it is nice to know any concern can be taken care of quickly. We are on 2 miles of dirt road. Believe me, THE HOUSE AND ATMOSPHERE are well worth the drive! We are your destination AWAY from city life. The nearest restaurants and convenience stores are 20 minutes up the road and our grocery stores are 25 minutes. Our remote location is not suitable for Uber or Lyft. Rates are subject to change until a rental reservation is confirmed. NO PETS ON ANY TYPE! (PETS of any type will result in immediate loss of security deposit) NON SMOKING HOME! (Smoking of ANY TYPE will result in immediate loss of security deposit) 7 Person MAXIMUM for Staying overnight. Landscaping, utilities, internet and basic cable are included. (However, you can request your desired channel during your stay for an additional fee, such as Golf, Soccer/NFL/MLB/NBA and/or SuperBowl etc...) Owner or manager reserves the right to come onto the property at any time as needed for yard or garbage maintenance without notice, although will do everything possible to be discreet. Cleaning fee: $295.00* Security deposits: $1500.00 (refundable with-in 7 to 15 days of check-out)* Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. YOUR HOSTS LIVE ON SITE AWAY FROM MAIN HOUSE.
