Charming house with heated pool

Our house on a 3ha domain has all the comfort & charms that will make your holiday perfect. Situated in a very quiet but yet to be discovered part of France with an excellent cuisine on top. The pool and terrace will increase the holiday feeling. Due to renovation work the house cannot be booked in 2020. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 2 single bed, 2 bathrooms both with shower. Also 2 toilets, 1 seperate and 1 in the bathroom. Babybeds + babyseats are available if necessary. The living room has a flatscreen and a fully equiped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine and all necessary kitchen tools. Outside there is a big terrace which surrounds the pool of 6*12m. A part is covered ( where a big table is placed to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside). A BBQ is available in summer time. The swimming pool also has another private toilet and a shower. All is private, when you rent the house , the pool and terrace are fully private. Please note that you still need to pay a tourist tax per night per person. It is mandatory in France. This is 1 € per night from the age of 13. Sheets and towels are included if you book for a full week, 7 nights. If not we will charge 10 € per bed for sheets ( double or single ), we have 2 double beds and 2 single beds and towels are 6€ per set per person. You are always free to bring your own linen. The "Gers" is a yet to discover region in France, very agricultural , very silent, with a hilly landscape and enormous fields of sunflowers, wheat or corn. It has some very small , scenic villages with their own small history. The biggest city in the neigbourhood is Auch, where D'artganan lived , where you can visit the beautiful cathedral and where you can have nice walks in the pedestriane streets. For the foodies, in the Gers there are many local chateaus where you can taste & buy some wines. Our favourite : the aperitif "Pousse Rapière". only 8 kms away from our house. The local kitchen is a little heavy but delicious. To get around in the Gers, you need a car as the public transport is not so well developed. The nearest airports are Toulouse and Pau. In the village nearby , you can buy all the groceries you need. A bigger supermarket is only 8km away. In the village there is a lake with lots of activities, there are tenniscourts, a medicinal spa and a casino for those who like to play.
