Country house+pool+20min. to Rimini

This is a modern Italian country house in the middle of green hills wit (Website hidden by Airbnb) swimming pool and just 20 minutes from historical Rimini town and Adriatic beach. The property is composed of a living room, 4 bedooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all utensils. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a huge portico to enjoy all-day long. The swimming pool is accesible only in summer season (June - Mid September). The hosts will have complete axcess to all property. We will be in contact with them only if they need us. The hosts will not be disturbed by anyone, anytime. The best part of our house is its outdoor facilities. In addition to the swimming pool, the big veranda gives you the possibility to have hours of outdoor eating with all barbeque utensils and hammock relaxing. There's lots of space so it's a pleasure to invite friends and perpare big lunch tables to enjoy with them while your kids can run on the lawn or play hide-and-seek among our olive trees. In the evening you can have a ride to UNESCO heritage old San Marino town or have a dinner in a pizzeria or seafood restaurant on Rimini Beach. There are also many historical towns around to visit each day: Montefiore, Verucchio and Santarcangelo are only few of them which are 20-30 min. of distance from our house. The area is also prefered by bikers and horseback riders. There're many itineraries around for bikers and at least 2-3 riding facilities just in walking distance. Our house is near Rimini city center but it's a typical country house with great privacy. There is no one around to disturb you while you will be relaxing on your hammock or next to the swimming pool. The house is not in a town. It's and indipendent country house, so there is no public transportation around. The hosts are requested to accept pool guys for weekly cleaning.
