In the opposite direction you’ll find downtown restaurants, bars, UofM Flint, farmers market, and riverfront. Last house on a dead-end street. Quiet area, clean, affordable, and private. Host to many traveling hospital staff & students. Full size bed with fresh linens. 2 pillows. Private bathroom and clean towels provided. 42 inch Roko TV. 300 mbps internet. Free WIFI. Large walk-in closet. Full kitchen & dining table. Basic utensils, cultery, dishes with pots & pans. Ample parking. Front door staircase has keypad access. Room has a keybox that’s coded. Plenty of parking around and behind house. Laundry room on site located in the basement (keypad access). Team members available at any time if needed. If not already installed upon your arrival, just ask us, and we'll install for you. PET POLICY - We want to be inclusive of guests traveling with pets. Please include in your message if you are bringing any dogs and if so, what breed. Due to the nature of airbnbs shared ecosystem, we can only allow small to medium size dogs. Unfortunately we can't accommodate cats, or large dogs. You are responsible for your pets behavior and mess, so please keep pets off furniture and in a kennel when your away. Additional steps for booking your pet friendly stay are as follows... While booking the reservation, be mindful of the nightly rate for more than one guest. ($5.00) Each pet will be counted as an extra guest. I will send you a booking offer that includes the additional $20.00 pet cleaning fee and $100.00 refundable pet deposit, providing no damages prior to check-out.
