You'll have access to soak under the stars in your own private hot(!) mineral adjacent to a shaded porch. This property is part of the #NMSafeCertified Program. You'll be sure to love this stylishly renovated 1-bedroom apartment with your own shaded porch and private hot mineral water bath. It's bright colors combined with mid-century modern decoration and furniture make it a unique and unforgettable getaway. It's a perfect escape from your daily life. Guests have access to all amenities including use of the hot mineral bath. We ask that guests limit their soaking to 2-3 times per day max to be considerate of the host and other guests. By agreeing to book a stay at The Hacienda Apartment, you acknowledge that (1) you will be soaking in the hot springs at your OWN risk. and (2) guests are strictly not permitted to invite or host non-guests at the property without prior permission of host. Guest will be responsible for a fine of $200 for each non-registered guest. I will not likely be around during your stay but am available by text or phone. Downtown Truth or Consequences is sitting on an aquifer of ancient water which many believe to have healing powers. This apartment is within 5 minute walking distance to a grocery store, yoga studio, coffee shops, movie theater, thrift shops, the Rio Grande and so much more. Once you arrive, you likely won't need to get in a car during your entire stay (unless you choose to drive out to Elephant Butte lake or any of the ghost towns in the area). - Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the following Liability Waiver. You understand that use of the hot mineral water bath is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with soaking in water over 104 degrees. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot spring bath and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that soaking in very hot water may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who has health risks, or soaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot spring. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. - We strongly prefer for guests to not wear shoes around the house. - Please observe our neighborhood's noise policy which begins quiet hours at 10pm. - Guests are strictly not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property without prior permission of host. There will be a fine of $200 per night for each non-registered guest.
