Dear guests, a fully furnished 64 sqm apartment with real wood parquet awaits you. The apartment consists of 1 large living / bedroom with fireplace and 1 small working / bedroom. There is a separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The daylight bathroom is equipped with its own washing machine. You can enjoy the evening hours on your own small terrace in the sunset or using the gym facilities. BBQ facilities are available. A private parking place on the ground is included in the rental price. In The Living room, you can enjoy the TV on a couch in front of Your fireplace. There is a "Take one - Leave One" bookshelf for your disposal if you are running out of reading material. There is a dining place for up to four Person available. There is a gym place available on the ground. In the fitness room you will find a rowing machine, a stepper, a wall bars with pull-up bar, abdominal trainer and dip bar as well as fitness mats and additional sports equipment. You will also find a TV and stereo for your entertainment during training. Separate towels are provided for the training. If you want to use the sports room, please let us know when booking. Breakfast is offered to stays up to one week. Each guest is provided with breakfast products for the duration of the stay. If your stay is longer then a week and you wish a refill, let us know during booking. Please let us know if you have any special requests or diets, we will take them into account.
