Villa Longo: peacefulness charm with swimming pool

The elegant apartment inside Villa Longo offers a relaxing holiday in a charming and fascinating context not far from the wonderful lakes of Garda and Iseo and the historic towns of Brescia, Mantova, Verona, Cremona, Bergamo, Parma and Piacenza. Villa Longo offers an elegant lodging for 8 persons in about 700 mq divided in two floors: on the ground floor a huge porch of about 200 mq, a wide dining room, a kitchen, a living room and two toilets lovingly restored overlooking the porch. On the first floor there are four spacious comfortable bedrooms and a kids' bedroom and two elegant and cosy recently renewed bathrooms. A 16,67 metres for 4,80 metres swimming pool is available for the guests. From 2020, Villa Longo will be completely plastic-free: our ancient space immersed in a reality still out of time and surrounded by true nature has decided to follow the PLASTIC-FREE line to make a small but genuine contribution to eco-sustainable policies: bottles and / or plastic items will therefore be unavailable and cannot be introduced by guests. The stunning porch overlooking the beautifully manicured garden and the 3 hectares park is the core of Villa Longo; there the guests will enjoy meals and relaxing moments as well as a table tennis match and other entertainments. A barbecue is also at disposal for nice dinners. The laundry is on demand. During the guests' stay the owners may occupy the other side of the Villa; in this case the entrance and the big staircase leading to the first floor will be shared as well as the porch and the whole park. The parking is located in a common area nearby the main entrance of the Villa. The village of Faverzano is plunged in the calm of the surrounding countryside but it is only 8 km from the motorway A22 and A4 - Manerbio tollbooth - and from the highway leading to the lake of Garda. The holiday is perfect for people who want to visit the lakes of Garda and Iseo or famous historical towns such as Mantova, Verona, Parma etc, during the day and enjoy the peacefulness of an elegant and high-class country house at their retun in the evening. The nearest airports to reach Faverzano are: Verona, Milan-Bergamo, Milan Linate or Venezia. From these there are frequent trains or buses to Brescia railway station from where a regular blue bus of the Pini company leads directly to the village of Faverzano just two minutes' walk from Villa Longo. Villa Longo is located in a strategic place for sports such as horse riding -we suggest the riding Club "i Salici" in Barchi, Pontevico; sailing - at Garda and Iseo Lakes - and cycling - just in front of the Villa a cycle lane leads to Cremona and Brescia. The department store "Le Robinie" is only 6 km far from Villa Longo and offers a huge supermarket and different shops including a hairdresser's.
