ArtStudio in a tropical Garden with Pool

The ArtStudio with its kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor of Forster-Gallery, surrounded by African Art in a nice Garden. My Partner and I with 2 kids living in the first floor. Kids are from 7.30-15.30 in the school. The pool is 11m x 3m and used from all of us. Mbweni Beach is reachable by two minutes walking. Opposite is a cafe you can buy your breakfast, snacks and lunch. Wifi is everywhere in the area available. Nov until January we will do some small maintenance. We are living in the first floor of the building. You can decide how close you like to stay with us. The Studio is in the very safe area 5km out of Stone Town. Only a 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Mbweni Beach with a very nice restaurant. In our neighborhood are cafes, restaurants, Hair Saloons, small food shops, a nice church, at Mbweni Ruins Hotel you can have free sun-bed if you buy food or drinks for at least 12$. Within 5 minutes drive you reach the centre of Stone Ton, in 3 Minutes you are on the Airport. Only a 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Mbweni Beach with a nice Restaurant. In our neighborhood are cafes, restaurants, Hair saloons, small food shops, a nice church, At Mbweni Ruins Hotel you can use sun-bed 6$ a day. The best way to reach Stone Town is by Taxi. Needs five minutes and costs around 6$ in 3 Minutes you are on the Airport. By low tide you can walk miles along the beach.
