Sunnyside is located in the centre of the historic mining village of North Molton, it is a traditional farmers cottage which has been tastefully modernised to a high standard. The cottage has a secluded garden, hot tub,patio and BBQ area and parking for 2 cars, it is within easy walking distance of the shop, post office and local award winning pub; Poltimore Inn and is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor National Park and the breath taking North Devon coast. Sunnyside is the ideal location for families and couples to enjoy time away together, the cottage is just 35 minutes from the M5 and makes an ideal base to explore North Devon and Exmoor. It is within easy reach of the coast and beaches of Saunton Sands, Putsborough, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! For the more adventurous Skern Lodge and Rock and Rapid are close by along with the Tarka trail and many scenic walks on Exmoor and the Devon countryside. Or for the quieter days RHS Rosemoor, Knightshayes, Arlington Court, Castle Hill gardens are all within easy reach along with South Molton's Quince honey farm, Watermouth Castle, Big Sheep, Milky Way, Exmoor Zoo and Coombe Martin wildlife park. On arriving in the village of North Molton, turn left immediately past the garage you will drive past 4 houses on your left then as you come to bend right there is a lane to your left just follow the lane to the front of the cottage where there is parking for 2 cars and you will see the Patio area, Hot Tub and BBQ area the key is in the Key safe ready for your stay at Sunnyside. Open the door and explore the cottage Sunnyside is left ready for our guest arrival from 3pm The key is left in a key safe and the day of your arrival we will send you the code We are only 5 minutes from the cottage and can be contacted by phone 2 well behaved dogs are allowed they will be charged at £5 per dog per night to be kept on leads at all times Owners to clean up after there dogs
