Immaculate and fully equipped house located on a quiet street in bustling Bedminster. Fantastic transport links. Ideal for exploring Bristol. Perfect for pleasure or work visits. The house is fully equipped with fresh clean bedding and good quality pillows, we have 2 sofa's in the living room and a dining room for 6, the two reception rooms and good sized kitchen give a great feel of space. All three bedrooms are double, the two smaller rooms are not massive but each have smart TV's, wardrobe's, drawers and large mirrors. The main bedroom is very spacious. A handmade Kingsized bed is the centrepiece of the room. The bathroom is on the ground floor and benefits from a huge shower, the water pressure is great. To the outside we have an enclosed courtyard garden with no rear access, this makes the property feel very secure. We have also added a locked shed that will easily fit 3 bikes. The garden is very pretty and has a patio table and chairs. All in all the house is beautifully decorated throughout, very clean and comfortable. You will have full use of an equipped kitchen, living room, garden and dining room. We aim to leave the key in the keysafe and be quite hands off. We only live 5 mins away so are present to sort out any problems if they arise. Our house is located in a quiet street just off of West Street in Bedminster which is located in the South of the City, and has a great vibe. With trendy bars and restaurants of North Street about .7 of a mile and Ashton Gate Stadium about the same distance. We have shops just at the bottom of the street and through a footway, newsagents, café and fish and chip shop. There is a great climbing centre just a few hundred metres away. The transport links are outstanding, we have buses and trains galore. If you are driving we can always park on our street and we have no residents scheme. There are bus stops a stones throw away that will take you to Bristol city centre, the airport and onwards. These buses are available almost 24/7 We are also the same distance from Parsons street train station where you can take frequent trains to Bristol Temple meads or to the South West- full timetables are displayed at the station and at the bus stops. We hear no noise from the trains at all.
