Owners live abroad or in adjoining (separate) house when in Portugal. Owners do not use the terrace and swimming pool when guests stay and there is no sharing of facilities. Owners respond to emails same day usually within a few hours (allowing time zone differences). In Owners' absence, a local couple in nearby village look after the property.
