Welcome to La Maison des Chats! Marylene, Patrick and their two cats will be happy to welcome you to their home. You will benefit from a large independent accommodation (120 sqm), located on the first floor of the house, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room/kitchen/dining room, a wooden deck with a view of the Pyrenees, a large swimming pool of 55 m² and access to a large shaded garden. Private parking area at the back of the house. Our large house is located on a hill, in a small and quiet village, with partial view of the Pyrenees. The apartment you are renting is located on the first floor and is approximately 120 sqm. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 4 bathrooms and a large living/kitchen/dining room opening onto a 5 sqm terrace with a view of the Pyrenees. The swimming pool has a surface of approximately 50 sqm with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.20 m. It faces south and is surrounded by a concrete beach and a lawn. You will also have access to our large garden with a wooden terrace, partly shaded by a large catalpa. There are also a large teak table and chairs for lunch and dinner. Shops nearby: Delicatessen in the village, Supermarket, post office, hairdresser in St Plancard (5 km), Supermarkets and other shops in Boulogne sur Gesse (15 km) and Lannemezan (18 km). Several open-air markets throughout the week: Monday morning in Montréjeau, Tuesday and Saturday morning in Aurignac, Wednesday morning in Boulogne sur Gesse and Lannemezan, Thursday and Saturday morning in St Gaudens, Saturday morning in Castelnau-Magnoac. The orientation table, located at the water tower, provides a panoramic and explanatory view of the Pyrenees. 10 minutes from the house, the Cardeilhac forest site with its arboretum also offers long walks among beautiful trees, on flat or slightly uneven ground and along a canal. You can also hike in the Pyrenees (around 30 minutes by car) or even push as far as Spain (1 hour from us). Sports and leisure activities: In Lannemezan: Demi-Lune leisure park for children (up to around 10 years old), N'Co Park adventure park (tree course, paintball, etc.) and 18-hole golf course. Leisure center at Montréjeau and Boulogne sur Gesse lakes. Canoeing in Valcabrère. Canyoning, rafting, climbing, via ferrata, caving, paragliding, etc. in the Pyrenean valleys.
