The modern house is in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a green open space. The rooms for your use are large bright and clean. F.F bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities and separate bathroom. G.F lounge with tv, breakfast room with fridge and table for computer use. Wi Fi, cloakroom, parking on the drive, EV charger, garden. We are in a village centrally placed to explore Dorset, just 10 minutes drive to Wimborne , 30 minutes to beautiful beaches, Poole, Bournemouth & Purbecks. It’s quiet and relaxing in this delightful village of Sturminster Marshall, there are 2 pubs serving excellent food in walking distance. The 9 hole golf course restaurant serves cooked breakfasts and food all day. There are 2 shops Post Office and pharmacy. We’ll welcome you, You’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and breakfast room. You’re welcome to use the garden. Also secure cycle storage. We love meeting new people, we’re available to offer guests assistance during there stay. Guests are left to their own privacy and space as they wish. Our home is spacious and quiet in the beautiful village setting of Sturminster Marshall with 2 food pubs in walking distance. Ideal for countryside walks and safe cycling. We’re centrally placed for exploring Dorset or a base for work. Just 10 minutes drive to the lovely market towns of Wimborne, Blandford and Kingston Lacy (National Trust). 30 minutes to beaches, Purbeck countryside, larger towns of Poole and Bournemouth with events and attractions on most of the year. We are just 12 miles from the millionaires paradise of Sandbanks with its Blue Flag beaches. We are rural so driving is best. You can walk to local pubs, golf course and village shop. The X8 more bus runs hourly to Poole and Blandford. Please treat the house respectfully as your own. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside, they can be placed in the hall.
