The apartment offers off road private parking for two cars. No 1 in accessed through a private gate onto a patio area, garden with lawn, shrubs and a further patio. All privately fenced so perfect for relaxing and absorbing some Devon sunshine. On entering the property there is a private single flight of stairs to the single level apartment which comprises of a large open plan lounge/diner, separate kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. Take in the beautiful views of the Torridge area from the kitchen and lounge windows. All parts of the property are private, there are no communal areas. We have tried to make No 1 as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy your stay. We will be available at all times if needed and can be reached at anytime by phone or email. Cafes, shops, swimming pool, library, tourist information, bakeries, butchers, pubs and a chemist. thete is also a small coop and a Lidl just a few minutes away. We are lucky to also be home to Dartington Crystal where you can pick up some wonderful items and gifts and The Plough Theatre and cinema to see a great show or film. A short walk to Torrington Commons and the Tarka trail for some picturesque walks or hire a bicycle from here. A 5 minute drive and you can visit the wonderful gardens at RHS Rosemoor, a short drive to the local beaches or further afield to see the other beautiful areas North Devon has to offer.
