Awesome Italian home near Parma

My wonderful and big apartment is only 15 km distant from the famous and charming city of Parma. Surrounded by a calm and inspiring nature, it offers relax and tranquillity for those people who want to partecipate in local sightseeing tours. The famous thermal baths of Monticelli Terme are only 5 minutes distance from here and close to the apartment you can also find famous Parmesan cheese production dairies and Parma ham producers. Different supermarkets are available in the area. Guests can comunicate constantly with the host. I also show them the city of Parma in little sightseeing tours and provide them with details about interesting restaurants and locations of the famous food valley. Very calm and quite neighbourhood. Location is perfect for a relaxing weekend. A bus drives you to Parma once an hour from 7am to 7pm. It takes 30 minutes of driving to reach the city. In Basilicagoinano you can find a supermarket, cafeteria, bank, hairdresser's and a little book store. The building is located 90 km far from Bologna and 110 km from Milan. The nearest seaside and beaches are in Lerici (La Spezia) and it takes only 60 minutes to reach them by car.
