Bank Farm is the ultimate country escape for those who are looking for serenity, authenticity, character, beauty, proximity to nature. Located in one of the most beautiful rural regions in the UK, on the border of Cheshire, Shropshire and Wales, Bank Farm is a home away from home with 2 acres of land, water and gardens. Each room is curated to provide its own cosy and personal space. A truly magical place which hosted artists and was an inspiring working place for world famous film director. Each bedroom is a living space of its own. There are 3 en-suit bathrooms and a bathtub room. For those who want to work, there is a study.There are fireplaces in each of the 3 rooms in the entertaining area so even in a large group, everybody can find their own privacy. Depending on number of people and preference, your hostess can be in the house to help out or you can be alone. Upon arrival, the hostess will await you to explain how all works in the house and tell about all the fun things to do in the area, especially the location of some superb pubs. Cholmondley Castle with its gardens, tours, and summer events is only 10 minutes away. Beautiful Bickerton hills are 15 minute drive away. If you would like to try some riding, I can arrange it for both adults and children. There are some great pubs within a walking distance. The nearest village with all necessities is a 5 minute drive away and a large Sainsbury supermarket in the near town of Whitchurch is 15 minutes drive away. The house has 2 acres of land. There is a pond with resident fish, ducks and herons and a beautiful rose garden. But you can take wonderful walks along the nearby canals. You will be surrounded by authentic country and awaken b the birds’ songs and friendly bees’ buzz. This is a place for maximum chill out. Bank Farm is where the world is peaceful.
