Tom and Angela’s newly refurbished self contained Annexe. With enhanced cleaning routines in place. Ideal for visiting friends and family or a staycation. We live on a quiet road in the Crosby area of Liverpool, close to Crosby Beach and a short drive to Formby Beach, 7 miles from the city centre. We have private parking, a large sized garden and one double bedroom self-contained accommodation available, with private bathroom facilities, TV, WIFI, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. We have a newly refurbished, clean, self contained annexe that is a converted garage. It has its own front door, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. There is plenty of parking to the front and guests are more than welcome to sit out in our beautiful garden too. If you let us know in advance that you would like to use the outdoor chairs we can clean and make available for sole use. Other facilities include free WiFi, Smart TV, Iron, Hairdryer and heating. We are a very friendly family with 2 children, 2 beautiful King Charles Cavaliers. We both work and are out mostly through the days, whilst weekends tend to revolve around the children's many sporting and social events. We also respect our guests privacy. With the current situation, we endeavour to ensure we can be on hand to answer any questions you may have, but with adhering to all government recommendations. Crosby is a beautiful part of the world with "Another Place" by Anthony Gormley (The iron men) on the beach a short drive. It has a real village feel despite being just 7 miles from the centre of Liverpool. Whilst we are phasing out of Lockdown there are so many beautiful outdoor spaces along the local coast it is ideal for anyone wishing to have a safe change of scenery and a lovely mini break such as Formby and Southport. There are many independent coffee shops, restaurants and bars that we would be more than happy to give you some insights on when you visit. Our place is perfect for a visit to Liverpool, Formby and Southport and has easy access to the motorways M58 and M57. There is a train station just 1.1 miles away and a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Our place is very suitable for stays where guests are concerned about social distancing measures and other current challenges. We have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting routines in place and you have your own entrance.
