The bathroom with a laundry room exclusively available and a living room with table, chairs, TV and double sofa bed. An ideal space to relax, work in smart working or study in absolute tranquility. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and a coffee and herbal tea machine are provided, as well as a multi-cooking machine to heat dishes, prepare a breakfast or an American coffee. It is possible to book the double room including the living room studio tv for up to 4 people, two adults or two children for example, as the living room has a double sofa bed. The studio living room with TV is an open space near the laundry room, but not used by family. Each additional person in addition to 2 has a cost of 20 euros. For children up to 13 years the cost is 15 euros. It is possible to approach a few meters from the entrance of the house to unload your luggage and then go to park nearby at no cost (free parking). A place which will allow you to enjoy breakfast in the hamlet, lunch at the sea and dinner in the mountains. The accommodation is situated in the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo which is well connected by public transport (buses) both to nearby towns and to Pescara.
