Cosy room ,10 minutes by train to Utrecht

My boyfriend and I are offering a cosy room for stay. You will have all the basic needs. I love to cook and I may invite you to enjoy dinner with us. My boyfriend is Dutch so he can recommend places to eat or visit and eventually help for translation as well :). There is also a toddler bed in the room if you need, but I can take it away if you do not travel with children. In general, we will try to make you as comfortable as possible since I have been using Airbnb my self for the past 6 years. You will have a nice 15 square meter room. Outside your room, you have a small space to put your belongings so it does not occupy the space inside your room. The room is facing a beautiful view of nature and water. Behind our small garden, there is a small walking path alongside the water. It is very nice for a walk or run in the morning or afternoon. I will welcome you on the day of arrival. Since it is a house, there is only 1 entrance door. The bathroom is shared and located on the first floor. There is a small toilet on the hallway after the entrance door that you can also use. In your room, there is a small fridge and water boiler. And you can use our kitchen to cook. You can always reach me through (Hidden by Airbnb) or phone call. It is a calm neighbourhood, very nice to relax after a long day visiting busy town nearby. When you arrive at the train station, there is shopping mall (Het Rond) with supermarket (AH), and many different shops. Just outside the train station, you will find many cafe, shops, and several supermarkets (LIDL, JUMBO, VERSHOFF). The cinema (Cinelounge) is pretty unique experience as you can order food while watching the movie :) From Utrecht central, you could take a train to Houten. It is approximately 10 minutes ride. Then you need to walk for 13 minutes to the house or you can book a regio-taxi that cost 7 euro one way. Please let me know in advance if you need help to book this taxi. The walking path is scenic, especially in the start of Spring or in Autumn.
