It has a privarte access and is divided up into a bedroom with a double bed, a furnished kitchen/dining room area with dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, a living room with 2 double sofa bed and tv, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, panoramic balcony and terrace with view over Como lake. A blackout curtain can be pulled to divide the space and ensure intimacy for those who rest on the sofa beds. At guests' disposal sun loungers, umbrella, terrace table and chairs. Free WIFI is included. There is no private parking space but there are several free public parkings nearby. My parents live at the second floor of the house during certain times of the year, but they have a separate access, so the guests are totally independent in their apartment.
