BEFORE EVERY CHECK-IN ALL THE ROOMS AND THE EQUIPMENT ARE CLEANED, SANITISED, DISINFECTED WITH SPECIFIC PRODUCTS . The kitchen is well furnished with dish washer, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, hob, american coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Sofa bed for 2 people, sofa for 3 people, table with chairs, flat-screen tv with satellite channels. two small pet allowed. Included: utilities cleaning, private parking, wifi, safe, welcome drink and fruit basket, towels, sheets, hairdryer .Two patios with comfortable sitting areas. The park is untied on various levels with fountain made of stones, it is well-equipped with rocking chair, hammocks, sunbeds in the solarium area. Terrace with lake view and barbeque, tables with armchairs and comfortable cushions to eat outside. From Villa Fede you'll be able to reach, with a 10/15 minutes walk, the bathing beach called Rivetta and the ancient Piona Abbey. Within walking distance you will also find two restaurants and a little grocery store; bigger shopping centres and further services (post office, chemist..) 10 minutes away by car. 2 kms away from Villa Fede you'll find the dock area with the ferry services on Como lake which will take you to discover its shores full of villas, parcs and castles. Villa Fede is 75 kms distance from Orio al Serio airport and 7 kms distance from Colico train station. Shuttle service available from/to Villa Fede to agree with the host. Car rental available during your stay. It will be a good starting point for excursions, climbing, long walks, boat trips. Just a few kilometres away you'll have the chance to try windsurf, kitesurf and sail. please note that the tourist tax will be collected at the time of check-in € 1/person +16 years per day, animal supplement per day € 10 maximum two small pets allowed.
