We are in the historic center of Fermo, less than five minutes on foot from the square and the cathedral! The apartment is on the ground floor of a late 17th century condominium, recently restored and modernized. It is equipped with all the basic comforts, guaranteed parking and a large panoramic terrace. The apartment consists of a large and bright living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a single bedroom with private bathroom (possibility of adding another single bed, on request). Fully equipped kitchen available for guests. We supply sheets and towels. There is also a washing machine, laundry, iron and hairdryer. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests, together with the large terrace and garden equipped to enjoy moments of pure relaxation! Medieval walls and small twisted alleys lead to the top of the hill, where a 360 ° view of the sea and the rolling hills of the Marche completes the picture. Wide possibility of parking for those coming by car: on the main street there are free parking spaces, there is also a free covered parking which can be reached by a lift that takes you to the front door! We are also close (5 or 10 minutes on foot) to the bus stops for the sea and the hinterland and 7km from the Porto San Giorgio train station.
